  • Environmental & Energy Efficiency Management Policy

    COMPANY is committed to continuously improving its environmental performance in line with international regulations. The company aims to prevent pollution, minimize environmental impact, and reduce environmental risks, with the ultimate goal of achieving zero spills or releases to the environment and reduction of the permitted emissions to zero. The company emphasizes energy efficiency, employee responsibility, and fosters appropriate operating practices and training. It also supports research and industry initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of shipping and promotes energy-efficient products and services. An Environmental & Energy Management Plan is integrated into the Safety Management System, setting measurable targets and ensuring progress through reviews and evaluations.

  • Health & Hygiene Policy

    COMPANY prioritizes the health, hygiene, and welfare of its crew, ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions. It complies with relevant regulations and standards, identifies and evaluates health risks, and establishes safeguards to protect employees, contractors, and the public. The company aims to achieve high health and personal hygiene standards through continuous improvement while maintaining confidentiality of employee information, sharing it only when legally required or with the employee's consent.

  • Drug & Alcohol Policy

    COMPANY has a strict policy prohibiting seafarers from operating ships or equipment while impaired by drugs, alcohol, or mind-altering substances. The company bans all alcohol and most drugs on its managed ships, except for prescribed medications, and enforces random testing for substances. Any crew member found under the influence, possessing, or involved in bringing banned substances onboard faces immediate dismissal and penalties. Crew members found violating the policy will be discharged and may face legal consequences.

  • Social Media Policy

    COMPANY has a policy regarding the use of social media and websites, applying to all employees both onboard and ashore, during work and non-work hours, and on both personal and company devices. Employees must avoid posting defamatory, obscene, or sensitive content, respect others’ privacy, and not disclose confidential information. The use of the company logo requires approval, and any media inquiries should be directed to the company. Violations of the policy may lead to disciplinary actions.

  • Security Policy

    COMPANY  is committed to ensuring a secure working environment and complies with the ISPS Code to prevent unlawful acts that threaten the safety and security of people and property onboard its ships. The company aims to protect the security of ports, the crew, passengers, and port personnel through security procedures, awareness training, and support for security roles such as the CSO, Master, and SSO. All employees must adhere to security policies, with the protection of lives taking precedence in the event of an attack or hijacking.

     

  • Cybersecurity Policy

    COMPANY has developed a Cyber Security Policy to safeguard its data and technology infrastructure. The policy focuses on protecting information systems from unauthorized access, harm, or misuse, ensuring operational continuity, and safeguarding personnel, cargo, and the environment. The company aims to prevent the loss of sensitive information and to protect its IT and operational technology (OT) systems from cyber threats. The policy applies to all personnel, contractors, and visitors using the company’s IT and OT systems, and is aligned with relevant laws and regulations.

In terms of forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking, it commits to a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor, ensuring employees are of legal working age and comply with international labor standards.

These Codes guide the behavior of the company, its employees, contractors, suppliers, and third parties, aiming to maintain a strong reputation built on correctness, prestige, and high standards of conduct. The company does not tolerate bribery, fraud, or corruption, and any violations will lead to disciplinary actions, including potential dismissal.     COMPANY is committed to provide and ensure a working environment and places free from discrimination, harassment, violence or retaliation of any kind and actively encourages all employees open communication to bring any incident, including those affecting others, to its attention immediately. Complaints can be made without fear of retaliation if they are not vexatious or malicious. The Company treats all such incidents seriously and in strict confidence.

  • Navigation Policy

    Company's navigation procedures ensure the safety of the crew, the ship, the cargo, and the environment. The ship follows the BTM concept to reduce human errors, and all deck officers are well-versed in the company's navigation procedures, COLREGS, and the operation of navigational equipment. The Master is fully responsible for the safe navigation of the ship, ensuring all relevant navigational information is obtained and all applicable rules are followed. This responsibility extends to all bridge team members, and safety should always take precedence over any other considerations. No procedure or policy can override the need for sound judgment and responsibility from the Master, Officers, and ratings.
