ALPHA GAS is looking for a HSQE / VETTING Manager

Job Description:

• Establish Company’s HSQE policies and apply best practices.
• Develop a safety culture within the organization.
• Lead TMSA audits.
• Develop Safety KPIs and implement a monitoring system.
• Analyze MRM data, identify trends and amends Company’s SMS accordingly.
• Ensure that non-conformities, accidents and hazardous situations are investigated, analyzed and preventative measures for recurrence are taken.
• Drive and Coordinate safety department’s team activities.
• Prepare, organize and follow-up vessels SIRE inspections. Respond to SIRE inspection observations
• Initiate, review, enhance and implement company's RAs and MOCs.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of managerial experience in HSQE/Vetting in Shipping Companies operating LNG/LPGs or tankers.
• University Degree, preferably in Engineering or Maritime Studies -MBA or MSc will be considered an asset
• Sea or Shore experience in the LNG/LPG sectors is a strong advantage
• Deep Knowledge of HSQE management and vetting processes
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in HSQE management
